Ready to Move: What You Should Pack in a Go Bag

In an emergency situation, it can help to have a “go bag” ready and at least mostly packed. The goal, of course, is to never need it, but it is better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. The aim of the go bag is to have everything you need for a quick exit, such as when there’s a fire or natural disaster that forces you to exit your home. You can customize your own bag, but these are some basics that you will want to have in a medium-sized bag. Most of what you want to bring can be stored in the bag, but some things, such as important documents or rifles with Bushnell scopes , may be something you need to grab separately.
